  • How is Supplify® different from other dietary supplements on the market?

Answer: What you’ll see, in the hundreds of supplements offered in the marketplace, are words that attempt to make each supplement sound unique; words like: “comprehensive”, “contains organic foods”, “whole food”, “plant-based”, “carbon-bonded”, “proprietary”, etc. These are all fine, except they really don’t tell the whole story, nor do they set them apart from each other. Supplify® truly is unique in that ALL the ingredients, INCLUDING the vitamins and minerals are certified organic and or wildcrafted, are integrated with Black Fulvic Acid for optimal mineral absorption, is completely and utterly synthetic-free and was personally researched, sourced and assembled by the founder himself, Dr. Mike. No other supplement company can claim that honestly. Nearly all of them contain synthetic vitamins and/or outsource their base formula from someone else, tweaking them to call them “proprietary.”  There’s much more information on our website, but below is just a partial list of what separates Supplify® from EVERYONE ELSE:

  • How many servings are there per package?  
    Answer: The suggested serving size is ¾ ounce or 1.5 tablespoons (1 scoop) per day. We recommend taking 1 day off per week. Therefore each 1lb. pouch should last for 26 servings or just over 4 weeks. Of course, adults are welcome to take up to 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) per day.

You should mix Supplify® in  at least 8 ounces of water, but it’s best to put it in 8-12 oz. fruit juice or a fruit smoothie and blend well to balance out the flavor.

  • Is ordering online safe?

Answer: Shopping at SomaHealth.net is safe and secure. When placing an order or browsing your account information on our site, the transmission information is encrypted using the best available Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the most secure encryption technology currently available for electronic transactions. We use the same networks that retail stores use when you make a credit card purchase in person and we never store your credit card data on our website. It’s sent directly to our credit card processor, which is one of the most secure in the world.

  • How long does SomaHealth’s Supplify® last?

Answer: Unlike liquid supplements which use synthetic preservatives and only last a few months, Supplify’s ingredients will last over 1 year and up to 2 when kept in a cool, dry place.   

  • Some supplement companies claim proprietary detox technology using Fulvic Acid. Is that process unique?

Answer: Not really. While most companies do not incorporate fulvic acid in their dietary supplements, SomaHealth’s Supplify® mixes Black Fulvic Acid to maximize both nutrient absorption and cellular detoxification. It’s a process that occurs naturally in nature with fulvic acid and is NOT really “proprietary” as some claim. However, those who are using a supplement without fulvic acid are wasting 90% of the mineral content since absorption is only 10% without it. And, Black Fulvic Acid is more mineral-rich and has a higher utilization percentage that the majority of fulvic acids being used in supplements.

  • Is Supplify® vegetarian or vegan?

Answer: Supplify® certainly vegetarian and would be considered vegan by most. Some who adhere to the strictest definition of the word “vegan” might consider raw honey “non-vegan” since it comes indirectly from bees!

  • Does Supplify® contain toxic heavy metals?

Answer: While it is nearly impossible to not contain some amounts of metals in plants, simply because they are so pervasive, there’s a different between trace mineral amounts and excessive. Supplify’s® primary ingredients tested for heavy metals on a regular basis, and  Supplify’s® final mix has been tested as well and passed with an A rating!   

  • Does Supplify® need to be refrigerated?

Answer: No. While it can be beneficial to keep Supplify® cool, it’s not necessary and as long as it’s kept in a temperate, dry environment, it will last 1-2 years. 

  • Supplify® comes in a powdered form which is awesome. Does it come in a liquid or capsule form?

Answer: For many reasons, a supplement in powdered form we believe is ideal. Liquids expire quickly, require preservatives and are messy! In the future, we may make Supplify® in vegan, gelatin capsule form depending on demand.

  • Can anyone purchase your products?

Answer: Yes. Absolutely anyone can purchase any product from SomaHealth. Like some other companies, you do not need to be a health care practitioner or purchase through one. We want to make our products available to anyone who desires exceptional nutrition, while making it easy to do so.

  • Can I place my order by telephone? Where is it available?

Answer: We’re a small company at present and, while we can take orders over the phone, we ask and prefer that orders are placed through the website, Amazon, eBay or other online ecommerce sites. As we expand, more retailers will have it available online and through their stores. A quick online search should reveal where it can be purchased locally. In the future, we hope to continue to improve our ordering, including over the phone. Phone orders can be taken Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm EST. If no one is available immediately, simply leave a voice mail and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • What are your shipping policies?

Answer: Most orders received before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day they are received by the United States Postal Service’s Free Priority Mail (Amazon uses the shipping service of their choice).

  • Does SomaHealth accept international orders?

Answer: At this time, we accept online orders only from the US (including Puerto Rico) and Canada.  

  • I’m having trouble logging in! What can I do?

Answer: If you are having trouble logging in or ordering, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Part of our expansion will include a whole new and more efficient online website hosting service. We hope to have that complete before the end of 2020.

  • What methods of payment does SomaHealth accept?

Answer: For online retail orders, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

  • ·       How do I know my order was received?

Answer: When you place your order online you will see a printable confirmation at the end of the checkout process to verify that your order has been received. You will also receive an email confirming the receipt of your order shortly after your order has been placed. All orders placed through our website will also be listed under ‘Order History’ when you log into your SomaHealth.net account.

  • What is the best way to order Supplify®?  

Answer: The best way is the way that is most convenient for you! You can order Supplify® through our online store: www.somahealth.net  , through our Amazon or eBay ecommerce sites or an approved local distributor. Simply go to Amazon or eBay and type in “Supplify®” in the search engine and you’ll be able to find and order.

  • ·       What is the quantity I can order?

Answer: The quantity you can order is only limited by the amount of stock we have available. We will always try to have a large inventory to order from.

  • Do you have an automatic shipment program?

Answer: Yes! We recently set up a monthly autoship subscription for Supplify®. When you subscribe online, you will receive a $5.00 discount per pouch!

  • What is your return policy?
    Answer: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or it was damaged in transit, contact us at drmichaelroth@juno.com within 45 days of the order date. We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipment. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your shipment before signing. If any exterior damage is visible, we recommend that you refuse shipment; if there is interior damage, please contact us immediately.
  • You must have purchased your product directly through SomaHealth. When you write, please have the following information available:
